GCL Alumni Rocky Boiman explains what it takes to reach your goals to the Carroll Football Team.
NFL and Notre Dame Alum Rocky Boiman visited the Fighting Patriot Football Team July 18th as part of the Carroll Athletic Club Leadership Series. He was introduced by his close friend Mack Mariani who is the Director of Political Science at Xavier University. Rocky's message to the team consisted of three life lessons: focus only on the things you can control, no excuses - no explanations, and prepare, prepare, and prepare. Rocky and the team were treated to lunch in the cafeteria. The boys and Rocky had a great time together, even though the team was unsuccessful in convincing Rocky to give them Payton Mannings cell phone number.
